New Safety Practices

For the safety and wellbeing of our team and the community, we have implemented the following measures.  All individuals who visit our office, tour our available units, utilize our common area spaces/amenities or request our maintenance support are self-certifying they are not currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms , they have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 and you do not share a home with or have come in direct contact with anyone who has displayed symptoms within the last 10-days. If you are experiencing symptoms, please contact your physician or urgent care.

Visiting our Office

Visiting our Office:

 

  • Our offices are open, though we will be following current state/federal/local guidelines, so please follow any posted signs. It may be best to reach us alternatively via Phone, Email or Online Portal.
  • Masks are optional when you enter the office.
  • We respectfully ask you to use social distancing guidelines by allowing at least 6 feet of space between each person.
  • Our offices and high touch surfaces are sanitized frequently.

 

Maintenance Requests & Third-Party Vendors:

  • We will work with you to arrange a mutually agreed time for the repair. We ask that during the maintenance repair, the Resident either not be present at the time or maintain a 6 feet or greater distance from our staff or a needed third-party vendor. 
  • If you have tested positive for COVID in last ten days, have COVID symptoms, or believe you may have COVID, please inform us so we may reschedule the appointment. If the repair is of an urgent nature, please wear a high quality mask and remain in a separate room or exit the apartment during the repair.
  • Our staff/vendor will be diligent and limit physical contact while in your unit to only that are repairing or essentially needed. Our staff will sanitize the surface pre and post repair (where reasonably able). 
  • Our staff carries with them hand sanitizer for their use in/out of homes.

Please follow all posted signs and guidelines specific to that area. We are frequently sanitizing high touch areas for everyone’s wellbeing.

COVID-19 Warning:

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any space where people are present or have frequented. This is an extremely contagious disease. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing more serious complications from COVID-19 illness. By entering our spaces, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of COVID-19.
